30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all HealthyMouth® products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- Products must have been purchased directly through healthymouth.com
- For unopened products, the item must be in its original, unused condition and original packaging
- For opened products, we ask that you have genuinely tried the product and provide a brief reason for your return request
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@healthymouth.com with your order number and reason for your return request
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions
- Depending on your situation, we may request that you return the product or simply process your refund directly — we will advise on a case by case basis
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
Exchanges
If you received the wrong product or a damaged item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item received.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date
- Products purchased through third-party retailers or unauthorized sellers
- Dissatisfaction caused by failure to follow product directions
- Orders where the shipping address provided was incorrect
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@healthymouth.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Subscription Orders
For customers on a subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 30-day policy outlined above.
Processing Time
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
