HealthyMouth Shipping Policy
Overview
HealthyMouth ships all orders directly from our facility in Ventura, California. We are committed to getting your pet's dental care products to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays
- Orders placed before 12pm PST are typically processed the same business day
- Orders placed after 12pm PST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Any free shipping thresholds will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
HealthyMouth ships internationally via DHL to the following countries:
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout for all international orders — there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order please check your spam folder or contact us at support@healthymouth.com.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. HealthyMouth is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order please contact us immediately at support@healthymouth.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check around your property and with neighbors
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If the issue remains unresolved after 3 business days contact us at support@healthymouth.com and we will investigate and work to resolve the situation
HealthyMouth is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location when placing your order.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged please do not discard the packaging. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@healthymouth.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product
- A brief description of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Delays
While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timeframes listed above, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes during peak periods
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Customs processing for international orders
- Events outside our control
HealthyMouth is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Approved veterinary clinic wholesale accounts benefit from:
- Wholesale pricing on all orders
- Direct shipping from our California facility
- Dedicated clinic support

Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same shipping policy outlined above. Your subscription shipment will be processed and dispatched on your scheduled billing date. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once dispatched.
